Program Management

We provide staff resources to assure project delivery on time and within budget. As part of a team or independently, our project personnel and software data base tools will enable project delivery, capacity and efficiency monitoring through, for example:

Validation of scope of services
Develop resource and cost loaded CPM
Develop integrated program schedules
Develop S-curves and other performance measures for progress reports
Develop an optimized program baseline schedule to be used in determining expected cash flows and project prioritization

Jo Anne Brunson, MS, Urban Studies, coordinates urban planning, land use, community development, rail corridor studies, and other design support activities.

General Contracting

We are currently not self-performing any construction at this time. However, our growth model includes this capability and we are configured to incorporate this capability in the future.

Construction Management

We will field a team of professionals to join with the owner and designer to coordinate the entire project process utilizing our skill and knowledge of construction to clarify cost and time consequences of the design and its construction feasibility; and to manage the bidding, award, and construction phases of the project. Our objective will be to minimize project time and cost while maintaining quality, function, and aesthetics. We will accomplish this by, in general:

We have project managers, project engineers, estimators, schedulers, environmental compliance officers, and inspectors to satisfy these requirements.
